1.a. The Seller Referral Program is a rewards program designed to incentivize users to refer friends to Arena Club. By sharing a referral link, referrers can earn a 25% commission on all submissions made by the referred person within their first 30 days, while the referred friend gets a 15% discount on their first submission order.

2.a. Visit arenaclub.com/rewards to access and share your referral link with friends.

3. How does the 15% discount work for the referred friend?

3.a. When the referred friend clicks on the referral link and places their first submission order, they will receive an automatic 15% discount during the checkout process.

4. How is the 25% commission calculated for the referrer?

4.a. The referrer will receive a 25% commission calculated from the subtotal before any discounts and before taxes on all submission payments made by the referred person within the first 30 days of signing up, including the initial discounted order.

5. How do I receive my commission payouts?

5.a To receive commission payouts, visit arenaclub.com/rewards and 

1. click on the 'View Your Referral Dashboard' button. 

2. Then, navigate to 'My Account' 

3. 'My Profile' to enter your PayPal email address for commission payments.

6. When will I receive my commission payments?

6.a. Commission payments will be issued after the referred friend's cards are successfully processed and verified by our team. Please ensure your PayPal email address is correctly entered in the 'My Profile' section of your referral dashboard.

7. Can I refer multiple friends to the Seller Referral Program?

7.a. Yes, you can refer as many friends as you like, and you will receive a 25% commission for each referred friend's qualifying submission payments within their first 30 days.

8. Is there a limit to how much commission I can earn through the Seller Referral Program?

8.a. There is no limit to how much commission you can earn through referrals. The more friends you refer and the more submission payments they make within their first 30 days, the more commissions you will receive.

9.  Can I track my referred friends' submission payments and my commissions earned?

9.a. Yes, you can track your referred friends' submission payments and your earned commissions in your Referral Dashboard by logging in at arenaclub.com/rewards and clicking the 'View Your Referral Dashboard' button.

10. What information can I find in my Ambassador Dashboard?

10.a. Your Ambassador Dashboard provides various statistics related to your referral program, including earned commission, commission awaiting approval and payout, total commission paid, your referral link, sharing options, and an activity overview of all actions related to your referral account. You can also view a graph of shares, clicks, referrals, revenue, and commissions over a selected date range and track social stats by different channels.

11. How can I track my referral activity on different social media channels?

11.a. In your Ambassador Dashboard, under the Stats section, you can find share stats and social stats broken down by individual channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, and Pinterest. This will help you identify the most effective channels for sharing your referral link.

12. How do I access my Commissions and Payouts pages for tracking earnings and payouts?

12.a. Both Commissions and Payouts pages can be accessed through your Ambassador Dashboard. These pages are specifically designed for tracking the commissions earned and the payouts received from your referrals under the Seller Referral Program.

We may suspend or terminate the program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, revert sales/offers, or cancel commissions if we notice any activity that we believe is fraudulent, or in violation of Arena Clubs Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
