Q: How does the buyer referral program work?

A: With the buyer referral program, you can share your referral link with anyone. When they sign up using your link and make their first purchase over $10, they will automatically get $10 off that purchase. Once their payment clears, you will receive a $10 promo code for your next purchase over $10 on the marketplace.

Q: Where can I find my referral link?

A: Your referral link can be found on the arenaclub.com/rewards page.  You can also click on the gold dollar sign icon in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Q: Can I use my referral link multiple times?

A: Yes, you can share your referral link with as many people as you want. You will receive a $10 promo code each time someone signs up using your link and makes a purchase.

Q: How long does my friend have to use their automatic $10 off?

A: Your friend has 7 days from the time they sign up to use their $10 off coupon.

Q: How long do I have to use my $10 off promo code?

A: You have 30 days from the time you receive the promo code from your friend to use your $10 off promo code.

Q: Are my buyer referral program stats tracked through the referral dashboard?

A: Yes, the amount of times you share your referral link, as well as the number of times your link has been clicked, is tracked through the referral dashboard. However, the dashboard does not track the promo codes you have earned. The promo codes from the buyer referral program are displayed in a table on the arenaclub.com/rewards page. Q: How do I access the referral dashboard?

A: On arenaclub.com/rewards click the green View Your Referral Dashboard button.

Q: Where are my promo codes?

A: Your promo codes are displayed on the arenaclub.com/rewards page.  You will see a table showing the friend you referred who earned you the code, the date you received the promo code, the status of the promo code, the code itself, the date it expires and the amount it is for.

Q: Where can I use my promo codes?

A: You can use the promo codes on the checkout page when buying a card over $10.

Q: Can I use multiple promo codes at once?
A: Yes! The promo codes are stackable. If you have 10, $10 promo codes you can get $100 dollars off of a purchase.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase value required to use a promo code?

A: Yes, you must make a purchase of at least 11 dollars in order to use the promo code.

Q: Can I participate in both the buyer referral program and the seller referral program?

A: Yes, you can participate in both programs. When you share your referral link, you and your friend automatically participate in both programs. You can choose to do one or both of them.

We may suspend or terminate the program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, revert sales/offers, or cancel commissions if we notice any activity that we believe is fraudulent, or in violation of Arena Clubs Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
