We’re excited to introduce the Seller Dashboard Beta! You can now send bulk offers to all users who are watching your cards in one go, helping you increase the chances of selling your cards quickly.
Buyers will know that others have received the same offer, encouraging faster responses. We’ve got even more features planned, so stay tuned for future updates!
1. Can I see the users who are watching my card?
Yes! You can view the list of users watching your card by clicking on the watched card number on the Seller Dashboard screen. This will show you who is watching the card and when they started watching it.
2. Can I send a bulk offer for any card in my showroom?
No, bulk offers can only be sent for cards that are already listed for sale and have watchers.
3. How often can I send a bulk offer for a card?
You can send one bulk offer per card in your showroom every 7 days. Once sent, you cannot send another bulk offer for that card until the original bulk offer expires.
4. Does the bulk offer price have any restrictions?
Yes, the bulk offer must be for a price lower than the card's current sale price.
5. What are the best practices for bulk offers?
When sending a bulk offer, ensure the list price of the card is reflective of the current comps. The steeper the discount from the list price the more likely it will be accepted.
6. How long does a bulk offer stay active?
A bulk offer remains active for 7 days or until someone accepts the offer, whichever comes first.
7. Will recipients know they are receiving a bulk offer?
Yes, all recipients will be notified via email and push notification that it is a bulk offer, and they’ll also see how many other users received the same offer.
8. What happens if someone accepts the bulk offer?
Once a recipient accepts the bulk offer, it is closed for everyone else who received it.
9. Can recipients counter or reject a bulk offer?
Yes, recipients have the option to either counter or reject the bulk offer. However, other recipients can still accept the offer, which will close it early for everyone else.
10. Can I modify a bulk offer after it’s been sent?
No, once a bulk offer is sent, it cannot be modified. You'll need to wait until the bulk offer expires before sending another for that card.
11. How will I know if someone has accepted, countered, or rejected my bulk offer?
You will receive an email or push notification when a recipient takes action on your bulk offer, whether they accept, counter, or reject it.
12. Can I send a bulk offer for multiple cards bundled together?
No, bulk offers are limited to one card only. If you want to send an offer for multiple cards at once you will need to send a normal offer.
13. Can I send a normal offer for a card already in a bulk offer?
Yes, you can send offers as normal for the card in the bulk offer. The bulk offer will expire if the card is sold, traded, or retrieved while it is active.
