Why is the buyback payout different when I apply a discount code

First, we figure out the discount percentage by dividing the discount amount by the total of the subtotal and any fees. Then, we apply that discount percentage to the subtotal to find the new price after the discount. Finally, we apply the buyback rate to this new price to calculate the buyback amount. Because of this, when a discount code is used and a buyback is done, the buyback amount won’t be exactly 80% of the original pack price. This method makes sure the discount is applied first, so the buyback amount is fair and accurate.
