What is a token and how do I use it?

A token is a single-use reward tied to your account that you apply to one purchase at checkout — for example, a discount or a waived premium. You receive tokens through promotions or directly from our team. Tokens are valid toward Slab Pack and Time Box purchases only.

Tokens can also be restricted to specific packs — for example, a discount token might be valid only on Diamond Slab Packs. Each token's restrictions are shown on its details on the Tokens page.

At pack checkout, an "Apply a token" section shows the tokens you can use on that purchase — pick one, or choose "Don't apply a token" to save it for later. By default, no token is applied.
