How do you define watch condition?

At Arena Club, we classify watch condition according to industry standards:

Like New — No visible signs of wear.

Excellent — Very slight signs of wear; scratches only visible under magnification, no dents. 

Very Good — Light wear visible to the naked eye, minor scratches on case/bracelet, no dents or dings. 

Good — Obvious wear, scratches, possible small dents, but fully functional.

Fair — Heavy wear; deep scratches, dents, or dings. May need service.
