What multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods does Arena Club support?

MFA secures your account by confirming your identity during login. It significantly reduces the risk of account takeovers and protects your cards, purchases, Arena Club wallet, and personal information.

Arena Club supports the following MFA methods:

• Email (one-time code sent to your email)

• SMS (one-time code sent to your phone number)

• Authenticator app (TOTP) such as Google Authenticator

Default MFA behavior:

• If you sign up using email + password, your account is defaulted to Email MFA

• If you sign up using Apple or Google, your account is defaulted to SMS MFA
